very hazy pale yellow colour, huge, dense white head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of lemon zest and juice, coriander, wheaty-bread crusty, slight banana and herbal notes; taste is the same with some spicy-peppery aftertaste; refreshing witbier

Bottle. Color: Hazy rarher pale golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Some wheat malt, herbs. Taste: Very smooth mouthfeel, wheat malt, herbal. Coriander, I believe. Light hints of lemon and banana. Mostly herbal, bit watery. Medium body, below average carbonation. Not much going on here.

Thuis uit een flesje. Troebel geel, wit schuim. Zowel geur als smaak doen meer aan een weizen denken. Goed dus.

330ml Bottle - Golden with a slight haze and a very foamy head. Lemon, coriander, celery and fennel in the aroma. Fruity, spicy and slightly tart taste with coriander, lemon, orange and soap detected. Fairly easy to drink but perhaps a bit too perfumy and floral to get higher marks.

330ml bottle. Milky, orangey golden colour with average, thick, sudsy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Fruity, minimally wheaty aroma, hints of apple, yellow apple, pear and peach. Taste is sweet-ish, doughy yeasty, minimally fruity, a touch of apricot and peach; minimally spicy finish. Has not much in common with a classical Wit (lacks orange zest and coriander completely, no sign of any surrogate as well).

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Gold colour lasting white head. A little soapy on aroma and in the flavour. Light bitterness. Some orange flavour. Good mouthfeel. The soap fades an it turns out to be an ok orange inflected wit bier.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, golden colour with a blond and firm mid-sized foamy head. Mildly yeasty and wheaty nose with cautious notes of citrus, shades of blossoms and coriander. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Malty, moderately wheaty base with yeasty spice, hints of coriander and herbal hops; dry-ish bitter-sweet finish with herbal spice, subtle fruity notes and coriander in the aftertaste. 12.XI.17
