Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dallo speziato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono anche la forma del perlage. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è discreto. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cannella, chiodi di garofano e pane.

Bière 33 cl obtenue dans une commande saveur bière. Étiquette sympa et j'adore les bières sucrées au chocolat donc j'ai été attirée immédiatement. J'imaginais une bière bien brune mais au service c'est une rousse. Nez étrange très épicé qui évoque un remède de grand mère. Bouche très portée sur les épices, c'est déséquilibré et le houblon et le malt sont noyés parmi ces saveurs. Au final où est le cookie ? Bin je ne sais pas... (M)

33cl fles, dank Marko! Amber kleur. Ruikt naar hoestsiroop, veel gember en cardamom, wat kruidnagel en nootmuskaat, smaakt wat subtieler maar nog steeds erg kruidig. Medium body. Oké.

Fles gekocht via Beery Xmas, thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een oranje bruinig bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een kruidige geur met duidelijke kruidnagel en kaneel. De smaak is kruidig, kaneel achtig met tonen van sinaasappel. Helaas niet echt koek achtig, had hoge verwachtingen.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with an off-white, yellowish head. Spicy nose, as in Xmas cookies. Medium body, initially a little sweet caramel malt, again the Christmas cookie spices and then some welcome balancing hops. Some late warming alcohol. Your typical spice beer in the same vain as Pumpkin beers. 201219

It is a spiced up xmas beer no doubt, the ginger may be slightly strong, but the underlying amber beer is quality. I think it is a good seasonal beer, but could use just a bit more balance toward the beer and not the spices. Saveur bier 2019 advent calendar
