This dark strong ale has been brewed with of mix of different chilis and Jamaican pepper. Some of the small red chilis were really spicy and thus make this beer very hot. The spiciness comes after the malty and bitter taste. This beer is definitely for hot chili's lover

Draft @ Beerstorming, shared with 77ships. Ambrée/brune, col fin beige. Arôme offre un nez malté, caramel, chocolaté et pointe de piment qui perce en rétro-nasal. Le tout offre aussi un léger rétro houblonné qui apportant une petite fraicheur. Palais au profil malté cara chocolaté avec un épicé qui arrive en fin de bouche et apporte une pointe de chaleur assez plaisante. Le tout est assez sec, centré sur les grains. Je note aussi un léger fini biscuité qui se mélange bien au profil chocolaté et épicé des piments.

Draft glass shared with Sebletitje @ brewery. Dark brown to black, low ruby hue. Nose is mellow black bread, malt & quite a bit of baked mushroom umami. Taste is mainly chili with a low umami mushroom, dash soy sauce & some dark bread base, largely just chili, real chili, nothing vegetable, chili is clearly there but not excessively, heat builds nicely & lingers a bit. Quite nice, nice chili profile. Oily & touch umami body. Nice chili beer.
