Bottle from Alvinne. HAzy blond colour, white foam. Fruity nose, tart, lactic sourness. Also rather dry and tart, some tannins. Fruity and well balanced.

1 March 2020. At Dok Brewing Company, with the lovely Anke. Hazy ochre-orange, quickly thinning, off-white head. Aroma of quince, pear peel, freshly cut yellow apple, unripe apricot, hay. Taste has sour quince, gooseberry & apple with a wheat-lemony edge; sweetish pear touch too. Tart finish, lots of unripe & sour yellow fruit, very fresh, warming white wine-like alcohol touch. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Very full in taste. Watch out, you can drink this by the gallon.

Vrij zure jongen, wel zacht qua smaak, iets zoet, appel fruitig, citrus, het is lekker, maar ik zou er geen grote fles van op kunnen, dat lukt me bij 3F of Cantillon wel.
