473mL can. Pours clear blonde with a large white head. Rustic and slightly fruity saison yeast on the nose; a bit of citrus. Flavour has more of the Brett coming through, blends nicely with the saison yeast, gentle fruitiness, some spicy herbal hoppiness. Moderate bitterness and well carbonated. Very nice. I think a bit of aging to give the Brett more time to come through and this would be even better.

473ml can. Pours a hazy blonde with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick patches of lace. Aroma of pale malt, Brett, Belgian yeast, lemon, peach and floral hops. Flavour of bready wheat malt, lemon, peach, Belgian yeast, Brett, white pepper and floral hops in a crisp, dry finish. Medium body with a smooth, pillowy soft texture and soft carbonation. Enjoyable and well made.

473 ml can. Pours a dull yellow amber with full head. Aromas of sulphur and stoned fruit. Flavors of dirty earthy fruit, old brett, and bitter toasted malts. Not a fan.

Hazy pale blond colour. Dry and a bit funky, mildly spicy, and with light astringency in the finish.
Strong character, good.

Excellent foam and clean clear light yellow body. Soft sweet saison grain aroma but nothing else. Flavour is tart saison, nice grain, mellow chalkiness. Full and tart finish. Refreshing and well made.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden blonde with a medium white head. Nose reveals a wonderfully fragrant rustic farmhouse character, loads of brett that is never harsh, and a hint of spicy floral character. Flavour is clean yet robust, with a wonderful brett character, rustic farmhouse notes, and a bit of spiciness. Assertive carbonation but not overdone. Lively and beautifully constructed. Has Driftwood rediscovered their touch? This is fantastic.
