Witbier for true gourmets with refined sense of taste and judges of noble grades of beer. The first domestic wheat beer of a premium class – “Urban312” was created. The unique aroma of the soft, light, not filtered wheat beer with a unique combination of light slightly bitter taste and spicy fruit aftertaste brings true pleasure to its owner. Presence of yeast in glass or in the bottom of not filtered styles (deposit) is norm. It is necessary to follow not difficult rules of pouring to estimate not filtered wheat beer in full degree: • to pour a part of a bottle in a glass, then to wash away yeast by the remained beer from a bottom of a bottle and to pour out together with yeast into a glass. At the same time beer becomes even more muddy and can darken a little. But do not worry, this yeast precipitation contains vitamin B. Also we suggest you to try this grade of frothy bear with orange segment. Orange will emphasize notes of fruit aftertaste, thereby having disclosed completeness of taste of wheat nonfiltered beer. For preparation of this drink only natural ingredients are used, and they are artesian water, perfect grades of malt wheat and malt light and also perfect German hop

Bouteille 50cl, merci Christian, en direct du Kirghizstan.
Bottled 10/04/23, BB 07/10/2023.

1 litre PET bottle. Pours opaque gold with a tall white head. Aroma is coriander, wheat, citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet, coriander, citrus. Light bitter finish. Surprisingly good for the ABV 3.5%.

Fresh 500 ml bottle carried back from Kyrgyzstan. Thick, cloudy, milkshake like golden. Nose is phenols, wheat, citrus, very creamy and a bit off-putting but not seriously bad. Grainy wheat flavor, clove, bananas, some egg. Thick and heavy. A bit amateur, and almost more like a weizen than a wit, but ok.

Urban 312 Wheat Beer 3.8% How random is that? A beer from Kyrgistan. An eggy Weizen clove spice aroma with a full body and lots of eggy wheat notes. Tons of cloves. Passable.

50cl from a local minimarket in Karakol. Pours hazy golden with a dense and lasting white head. Fruity aroma with ripe bananas, hints of canned peaches, wheat, yeast and herbs. Surprisingly refreshing and rather tasty.
