Jemná slanost s vyváženou sladkou chutí červené řepy (3%) v bylinkové harmonii s čerstvým rozmarýnem, koriandrem a kuličkami jalovce. Příjemný a osvežující kyselač s mořskou solí (3%).

Bottle 0.5l. Almost clear, red colored. AROMA- simply beet. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral, a bit sour, lightly salty, pleasant beet flavor with herbal tones. Medium bodied. Nice one.

Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, beetroot in nose, others vegetables notes, light salty, light to medium sour. Light to medium body, malty beetroot sour and salty finish. Beetroot is too intensive. Average.

Tap at BrewStock 2020, day 2 like every newer one. Misty red body, thick pink head, looking impressive. Hugely beety aroma, honestly, a bit repulsive for me, but I do not like beet (except in rare occasions). Lean, smooth taste, again, beets all over the place, nice sweet-sour-salty interplay, actually quite interested and much better integrated than in the aroma. Well made, but if you don't like beets, stay away!

Vycap damian. Vôňa červenej repy s rozmarinom. Farba ruzocervena s ružovou penou. Chuť repa kyslosť slávnosť. Zaujímavá kombinácia.

Bottle at Covid-19 tasting in Zil verne. The overall character centered on beetroot. Moderate bitterness, slightly earthy, beet, lightly salty. I do not get the other special ingredients in much strength. Moderate body, med-high carbonation. Light honeyish maltiness in the background. Simple, drinkable, interesting, but nothing too good.

Degustation at Damian. Red color with small pinkish head. Aroma of:beetroot, herbs. Taste, beetroot, herbs, salt. Good one.
