Sample thanks to Grumbo! Pours clear gold with tropical fruits coming through on the nose. Exceptionally fruity character with vibrant apricot and peach notes, with underlying doughy saison yeast. Different for sure, and works.

Taste is tart apple, citric, tropical fruits, some grapefruit, hoppy, resiny. Slick mouthfeel, thin to medium bodied, high foamy carbonation, dry citrusy hop finish. Very drinkable.

16/11/2019. Bottle from Lauvas Alus, Riga. Pours clear very pale gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma of citrus, apples, hops, light herbal and floral notes, touch of barnyard and yeast and a little rubber though not in a bad way. Moderate sweetness, medium plus tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Very nice sweet/tart mix to finish, with some lingering hoppy notes. Enjoyable, just edges it as my favourite so far.
