Bottle 0.33l from Riga airport. Almost clear, straw colored. AROMA- so nice combination of cider, saison and American hops, citrusy, fruit jelly, pine, flowery. FLAVOR- moderately sweet, moderately sour, apple, fermented, citrusy, resinous. Medium bodied.
Really good.

Tap @ Taproom Sidrerija, Riga. Clear pale yellow without head. Aroma is green apples, yeast, elderflower and hops. Flavor is medium sweet and light dry.

Poured from the tap. Clear blonde gold with no head. Some soft saison yeast and gentle hops. Decent.

Taster glass shared with Ryan. Appearance: pale golden. Aroma: funk, dry hops. Taste: apples and hops, some dirty notes. Overall: ok.

Sample from tap at Sidrērija, Riga. Unclear golden without any head. Usually, I don’t find hoppy cider as a god idea, they use to taste to green and grassy. This was not the worst sample, not great but it works somehow. Mild, general apple flavor, distinct but light hop flavor, still quite green but not very bitter. Decent.

33cl bottle from Lauvas Alus webshop. Pours clear pale straw coloured without any head. Fresh and acidic apples with hints of citrus and yeast. Moderate to medium sweet with medium flavour intensity and nice acidity. Refreshing and enjoyable.

Huge thanks Tomo from Buzdovan for sharing a bottle with Marko and myself. Greenish golden colour. Light metallic aroma, light rose petals, floral in general, camomile, some hops present, ripe apple, kompot, soft to moderate acidity. Flavour is apple, apple pie, apple juice, lemon juice. Dry, some acidity. Low Saison yeast and American hop profile, otherwise a good cider.

Bottle, huge thanks Tomo V! Yellow-golden body. Fruity notes, tropical from the hops, light green apple. Subtle taste, all at once - vague tart and sweet, green apple, light aroma hop fruitiness disappearing soon and cleanly, vague oxidated apple meat in the finish. Likable overall.
