Ein Bier mit Tradition - das Hefeweizen. Was in Deutschland seinen Ursprung hat ging um die ganze Welt. Überall finden wir das Weizenbier in verschiedenen Variationen wieder. Um ein echtes „Amerikanisches Weizen“ zu erhalten haben wir einen besonderen Hefestamm namens „US-05“ eingesetzt.
Natürlich gebraut nach dem Reinheitsgebot.

33cl bottle received as a gift. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Fruity aroma with notes of bananas, wheat and hints of yeast and sweet citrus. Moderate to medium sweet with medium flavour intensity and a balanced bitterness. Refreshing and enjoyable.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, some oak. Taste of belgian yeast, pale malt, wheat, banana.
Smooth mild fruity beginning. Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a small head. Dry hoppy aroma. Starts mild, malty, more and more hoppy, some lemon hints. Dry background. Finish milder, but not washy. Not bad!

Big thank you to Erzengel for this 0,33 l bottle. Now listed with 4.3% abv. Hazy golden with a more than one finger foamy white head in the glass. Citrus, yeast and some wheat on the nose. Taste has wheat and yeast with citrus. Low bitterness. BB 23.12.2021. Below average carbonated.

Bottle. Murky golden body. Yeasty, sweet aroma, wheat malt. Similar taste, yeaty, wheat malt, sweetish, light banana and other light fruitiness. Didn't taste that hoppy, maybe a bit on the old side?
