Bottle 0.75l from our archive, well, three and half years aged. Lightly cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- whiskey, a bit peaty, roasted malts, cocoa nibs, nuts, non-sweet nougat. FLAVOR- sooo smooth, lightly sweet, lightly bitter, roasted, whiskey, nuts, touch of sour cherry, touch of wood, lightly peaty. Medium bodied. Nice nutty latte.

Bottle. Pitch black, large foamy beige head, pretty lasting. Medium chocolate nose, biscuity and slightly roasted. A bit dusty. Gently sweet, a bit of chocolate, quite some wood and slight smoked touch. Medium light body. Nice.

Bottle. Enormous thanks Fil! Shared with him and Mira. Pitch black body, off white head. Odd aroma, initially a sharp plastic touch, then a pleasant sweetish malty and oaky aroma, with well integrated wood. The taste is predominantly oak, mixing with roasty notes and chocolate. Sweetish, soft, just a tad tart, but generally nice, borderline lovely. Simply put a generally well made BAFES.

Black color with high beige head. Aroma: rich Islay whisky, oak, dates, molasses, cocoa beans, dates. Taste: dominant peated whisky, bourbon barrel, prunes, chocolate, barrel aging adds up in complexity but didn't overtake. Full body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Excellent sipper.
