Pivo, které patří na Alcatraz a ne mezi lidi. Brut zde neznamená jen suchý, ale i brutální. Kdo neochutná, nepochopí. Lehké, svěží, světlé pivo s přívlastkem angreštu a bílého vína. Velmi prokvašená osmnáctka s 11 % alkoholu a spoustou bublinek, skoro šampaňské.

Tap at Craft Beer Brno. Assertive strength, moderate warmth which slowly mounts. Med-high bitterness, also medium sugary candyish sweetness. But the body is actually med-thin. Carbonation medium to med-low, could use a bit more. Moderate generic fruity hops character, mix of citruses, exotic and berries. Overall hides its strength really well despite being a bit boozy. And also has a good balance of being rather hoppy than sweetish and malty. In my eyes a good beer.

Bottle from brewery. Golden color with ediu white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, zest, pines. Hop centered taste with solid malty base. nice tropical fruits, zest, pines, pineapples, some herbal notes. Burning alcohol. Good, could be less boozy.

Clear straw yellow, small white head. Nose: tropical fruit, Nelson Sauvin hop, vinous notes. Medium to full body. Soft to average carbonation. Taste: rather dry, vinous, grape skins, tropical and catty background. Medium bitter ending. Well masked alcohol. Very interesting.

From tap at Cobolis Pivovar Ládví with OGJ and Marko 04.01.20. Very clear and pale straw colour. Aroma of pineapple and lychee. Taste of pineapple, lychee, other tropical fruits and lemon and lime marmalade - as well as alcohol.

Tap at Beers 'n' More. Dull, sligthly hazy golden body, white head. Interesting, sharp Nelson aroma, going more towards some pineapple-grapefruit notes than an outright white grape aroma. A little bit more so in the taste however, but it's generally a copy-paste of the aroma, but with alcohol breaking through from time to time. Herbal and very lightly bitterish finish. The flat, limp Brut IPA finish kills off any notions of greatness but not bad overall, just limited by the style.
