Milk Stout with Vanilla & Pink Pepper.Russian Imperial Milk Stout vaníliával, rengeteg rózsaborssal és laktózzal. Az eddigi talán legizgalmasabb Radical sört főztük meg: krémes, sűrű, édes kortyérzet, miközben az illattól az utóízig a rózsabors kapja a főszerepet. A MONYO 3. születésnapi buliján annyira szerettétek, hogy már bánjuk, hogy csak ennyit főztünk belőle. A sör receptjét Czirják Gábor, fiatal sörfőzőnk dolgozta ki.

0.33 l bottle. Pours jet black with thin, quickly disappearing beige head. Nose is sweet lactose, chocolate, cocoa, reminisence of fudge and there it is, the pink pepper: mellow, but definite. Taste follows the aroma, with even more pink pepper character, but it's only in there to complete the taste, not to ruin it. Closes with long lasting sweet finish, and of course, pink pepper too. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Delicious brew, very much my cup of tea.

0,33 bottle. Szép sötétbarna hab, a sör színe is sötétbarna, már-már fekete, nem átlátszó. A hab az alkohol miatt elillan. Remek illata van. Pörkölt kávés, malátás, finom, igazi testes, összetett illat. Édességgel nyit (ahogy kell is), szerencsére a szénsav pont eltalált. Pici alkohol érződik. Jó kis olajos, összetett desszert stout. A még erőssebbet is kóstolnám:) A rátöltéskor nagyon szép a barna hab. Az utóíz tényleg tejeskávés :)

Nice dark brown head, color of the beer is also dark brown, almost black, not transparent. The head evaporates due to the alcohol. Aroma is great. Roasted coffee, malt, delicious, real full-bodied, complex aroma. It opens with sweets (as it should be), luckily the carbonic point is hit. Tiny alcohol feels. Good little oily, complex dessert stout. I would like to taste even stronger :) When filling, the brown head is very nice. The aftertaste is really latte :)

27/12/2019. Bottle from De Bierliefhebber online store. Pours almost black with a small but lasting beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, dark and milk chocolate, caramel, pepper, light coffee and vanilla. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, slight spicy heat from the pepper. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Warmed to this one.

Tap at the Pražský festival piva 2019. Thanks midovark! Almost pitch black body, creamy tan head. Pleasant aroma, the pepper is immediately obvious, some propolis and light chocolate. Smooth, very smooth taste, sweetish, but not overly so, chocolate and pepper. Very much interesting and nice!

Bottle at tasting Rusovce, november. Dark brown with medium bneige head. Aroma of rosemary, maybe other herbs. Taste, dark malt, herbs, light vanilla, pink pepper. Nice.

Bottle at a tasting. Very soft, very smooth, very easy drinking. Full body, rich intense character. Vanilla blends well with soft roast, chocolate, cocoa, toffee. Also assertive pink pepper. Very tasty, very good. Apso quite innovative.

[ As MONYO We Don't Like Pepperazzis. ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet malt, dark malt, chocolate, blackpepper - pink pepper (rosen peber). Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, chocolate, peppery, fruity - spicy - pepper, pink pepper (rosen peber).
