Unclear golden with some sediment, stable fluffy head. Lemon zest, Saaz, resin, buttery, grassy, corny. Hoppy zesty bitterness, hints of sweetness. Medium bodied, creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty bitter finish. A nice Bohemian Pilsner, very classic, tasty!

Unter dem Namen Libertas kannte ich bislang nur die römische Göttin der Freiheit 😶‍🌫️und eine Burschenschaft⚔️ in Wien. Wohl eher der Göttin ist dieses Bier gewidmet. Es ist ein Elfgrädiges, das allerdings nicht wirklich wie ein solches schmeckt. Es ist extrem gehopft 🌿und bitter wie ein IPA und hat im Abgang 💨 einen buttrigen 🧈 Unterton, der aber nicht wirklich reinpasst. Als IPA oder Imperial wasauchimmer kann ich es mir vorstellen, aber von einem gemütlichen tschechischen Elfgrädigen ist man geschmacklich weit weg.

Svetlejsi lehce zakalena barva, husta trvanliva pena. Vune sladova, kvasnicova, obilna, vonava. Chut lehce sladova, prechazi do vyssi stredni horkosti. Dost bublinek prijemne. Cisty cerstvy lezak.

Draught @ Craft Beer Spot Prague, Prague. Pours clear golden with creamy white head. Aroma of malt, grain, white bread, grassy hops. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, white bread, hay, grassy hops. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light bitter finish. 240220

Tap at T-Anker as part of a tap takeover. Spicy esters are subtle on the aroma. Clear golden with white head that starts huge and retains as a collar. Massive patterns. Flavor is old world hop spiciness and biscuity malt.

Tap at Charlie's Square. A bit of unpleasant sourish yeastiness in what could otherwise be a pretty good beer. Rather full bodied, med-high carbonation, med-high bitterness, solid malty base but without excessive caramel, pleasant rounded grassy hops. Okay-good.

Edit 1/2022. Nice, bread, herbal, nettle And slightly butter aroma. Cloudy gold body, persistant white head. Malty, herbal, spicy, buttery. Good bohemian pilsner. 0,5 l, draught, bar (Času dost), Prague. # 1587; 10/2019. Nice bready malt aroma, slightly herbal. Quite clear gold color with very nice long lasting creamy head. Malty, harsh herbal bitterness. Slightly sour in aftertaste. Nice looking but worse tasting, harsh bitterness, slightly soury czech lager. Average beer. 0,5 l, draught, pub, Prague. 6-4-6-2-9 = *2,7

Tap at Beergeek! Full golden body, lasting white head. Oily, grainy aroma. Slightly herbal. Lean taste, herbal hop, smooth, silky, the fine grainy maltiness coming to the party a bit late but still very welcome. Lasting bitter hop finish! An excellent start for this young brewery!
