The sequel to our Triple Fruited Cherry Gose brewed in London in September. We invited the team from Pressure Drop back up North at the beginning of December letting this one sleep in the tanks over the Christmas period. A little sharpness from the cherries is balanced by the toasty dark malt flavours.

Keg at the Experiment - Hackney. Pours deep brown with a frothy, beige head. Not bad, with notes of dry cocoa, ashy roasted, earthy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes with lightly drying with toasted biscuits and more cocoa. I didn't get much in the way of cherry. Overall, not bad.

Can from Honest Brew. Black body with a beige head that slowly fades. Faint lacing. Aroma of chocolate, plum and liquorice. Flavour of cherry and cough sweets. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Sweet and tasty.
