The sequel to our Triple Fruited Cherry Gose brewed in London in September. We invited the team from Pressure Drop back up North at the beginning of December letting this one sleep in the tanks over the Christmas period. A little sharpness from the cherries is balanced by the toasty dark malt flavours.

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A firm, fawn-coloured head over a near-black body, dotted spots on the glass. Promising aromas of chocolate malts, distant scent of cherries, dry. More prominent taste of cherries mixed with grainy chocolate, earthy. Ends with berry skins, and a roasted bitter twist. Fine depth. Pleasing drink on a Friday eve. (Tromsø 20.11.2020).
