0.33 l bottle from 'Carrefour' (Maasmechelen), best before February 2024. A little hazy, golden amber with a large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy, gently fruity-floral aroma of peach, honey, vanilla, some banana and traces of clove. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity-floral taste of banana, grains, vanilla, honey, clove and light peach, followed by a short, gently bitter, moderately dry, quite yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid Tripel, nicely balanced and smooth.

330ml bottle. Clear, faint, orange golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty and pale malty, yeasty spicy and yeasty fruity as well as slightly grassy and minimally floral, hoppy aroma, hints of honey, a touch of banana. Taste is dry, moerately bitter, slightly grassy and minimally floral hoppy, wheaty and pale malty with little residual sweetness, slightly yeasty spicy and minimally yeasty fruity, a touch of banana, dried banana, white pepper; lingering, bitter hoppy and minimally warming, alcoholic finish. Watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying and minimally pungent palate, fine and soft carbonation. Quiet hoppy for the style, rather simple as well - not bad.

Smell-weak hops, Belgian, yeast, bit acidic, ripe fruits. Foam-thin, hops, weak roast, Belgian, faint bitter notes, caramel, sweetness. Head is medium-sized, white color. Sticks bit. Appearance-Generic bottle cap, the label is similar for all of the beers, miner, if it was for this one only, I would give a bonus. Clear orange-amber, no carbonation. From - snifter Price 2.49 euros Taste- sweet, weak caramel, then Belgian yeast. Quite sweet, bit fruity, Belgiany, alcohol covered well, and no odd tastes in the mix. Quite good stuff.

The ‘black gold’, literally translated, but a simple blonde rather than a black beer – alas. Cobweb-lacing, snow white, pillowy, very stable head over a misty peach blonde beer with deep golden hue and lively sparkling. Aroma of ripe pear, apple peel, peach, halfripe banana, touch coriander seed, soggy sandwiches, hints of juniper berry, pumpkin soup, lemon zest. Sweetish fruity onset, banana, peach and again a very notable presence of ripe pear and red apple, lively and minerally fizz, supple body; sweetish white-bready malts with a light honeyish sweetness on top. A pinch of soapy coriander is added while that apple- and pear-like flavour continues; floral hops and mild spicy phenols provide a bit of bitterness and spiciness in the end, but the whole remains very soft, gentle and – frankly – boring, if correctly made without any errors.

Light golden colour with thin head. It's a well balanced Tripel. Decent body. Not overly sweet.
