(Bottle) Deep golden colour with brief head. Fruity nose with red apples, hay, spices, orange and honey. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of red apples, hay, orange, spices, a touch of honey and a dry finish with a generous acidity. Medium body, dry. Clean and crisp. Tasty and well balanced, with a fresh acidity. Nice one.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Deep orangey gold colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of sweet apple, tart flesh, woody oak, vanilla. Taste is sweet, juicy apple then tart, wood, vanilla, oaky with alittle citric and light tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry slightly acidic finish. Nicely drinkable
