(Bottle) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief foamy head. Fruity nose with notes of red apples, orange peel, oak wood, spices and vanilla. Fruity taste with red apples, oak wood, mandarin, vanilla, spices, minerals, flowers and a generous acidity in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh and complex, with a good acidity. Very nice.

Bottle @MBCC2023, Green Session. Clear golden, white head. Yellow apple aroma, light funk and barn. Sweet apple flavour, mild funk and acid. Creamy mouthfeel. Good.

Appearance: Golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Apples, caramel, acidic.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Apples, caramel, acidic, a bit sweet.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is big red apples, leather, mild barn, but clean overall, minerals. Taste is the same, so mineraly, dry, sparkly. Chalky body. Excellent Cider!
