(Bottle) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with brief foamy head. Fruity nose with notes of red apples, orange peel, oak wood, spices and vanilla. Fruity taste with red apples, oak wood, mandarin, vanilla, spices, minerals, flowers and a generous acidity in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh and complex, with a good acidity. Very nice.

Bottle @MBCC2023, Green Session. Clear golden, white head. Yellow apple aroma, light funk and barn. Sweet apple flavour, mild funk and acid. Creamy mouthfeel. Good.
