Well, all experimening we do with different hops and other strange things doesn't mean we are disrespectful of classics. And besides German and Czech classics there is Belgian. But it was impossible not to tweak it a bit. Wheaty-wheat, coriandery-coriander, citrusy-citrus Blanche de Blanche is a flavorful fresh and summery wit infused by lemon and orange peel and hopped with (here comes the tweak) Sorachi Ace. It's like a Snow White kiss.

330ml bottle, many thanks to djoeye for sharing. Remaining white head that laced well. Next-to-clear golden body. Slightly spiced fruity nose. Flavoured with coriander spices and a lemon bite. Prolonged ending. Drinkable. (PivotekaH7 session with djoeye and Finn, Tromsø 22.09.2020).

Spandert av djoeye. Delt med ham og Rune i H7. Gylden. Nesten klart. Middels høyt tett skum. Tynn teppelacing. Parfymearoma. Smaken jordbær & melon. Kunstig preg. Uvariert.

Hazy bright gold, white head. Smells of orange flavoured lollipops. Light lollipop flavour, not that sweet. No balancing spice, wheaty crispness or hops. Clean, but boring.

Pours cloudy gold with a nice creamy white head. Nose: wheat, citrus peel, coriander, a hint of raw water. Light body. Taste: sweetish. Wheat bread, perfume, orange peel, pepper, coriander, sorachi ace hop. Light bitterness. Decent as for the taste.

Wem die Temperaturen wärmer werden, so trrinkt man auch in der Ukraine ein Blanche bzw Witbier. Auf der Flasche werden beide Bierstile genannt... Es ist ein sehr leichtes, aber fruchtig-frisches Blanche (ich bleibe jetzt mal bei dieser Bezeichnung).

26.04.2019 -- 0.33l bottle in 'the kitchen' at podol, 85uah. pours a hazy pale golden with a small head. aroma of coriander and honey biscuit. flavour of coriander, citrus, a hint of candy. not bad.

Hazy, golden-yellow colored, small white soapy head. Aroma is of wheat, yeasty, coriander, some orange notes, bready. Taste is medium sweet wheat, bready, some yeasty notes, coriander and light orange, spicy light bitterness, dryish bready finish. Light+ bodied, soft+ carbonation, bit watery. Maybe not the best Wit but pretty decent, a shame Sorachi doesn't break through that much.

On tap at Varvar Bar, pours a hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out coriander and subdued floral notes. Flavour is fairly floral, with subdued coriander and a hint of citrus. Floral and lightly spicy, with a grainy finish. Nothing special here.
