Well, all experimening we do with different hops and other strange things doesn't mean we are disrespectful of classics. And besides German and Czech classics there is Belgian. But it was impossible not to tweak it a bit. Wheaty-wheat, coriandery-coriander, citrusy-citrus Blanche de Blanche is a flavorful fresh and summery wit infused by lemon and orange peel and hopped with (here comes the tweak) Sorachi Ace. It's like a Snow White kiss.

Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aroma of yeasty floral notes. Taste has an explosion of floral hops, malt, rich citrus, Valencia orange. Palate has more Valencia orange, extremely aromatic, lingers on the nose. Fantastic.

A mild haze on this gold beer, a good and fairly persistent off white head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry, develops decent fine carbonation ok the back end. A sweetish with this one overall. Mild and fairly sweet esters. Sorachi Ace lemon adds some wisparkle but it's not a huge hit of lemon and it has a sweet generic fruits vibe running alongside with yeasty twang and floralness rising to the fore before a light and dry finish. A pleasant affair but I reckon a couple of pints would be my limit, needs a little more of a fruity pep/edge.

33cl bottle from Sophie's Beer Store: bottled on 14th February 2022. Drank at home on 19th May 2022. Light haze to the golden body, white head. Coriander came through loud and clear in both the nose and taste, wheaty, spicey and summery. A bit like Hoegaarden on drugs, even though it's weaker by ABV.

330ml bottle delivered from Beautiful Beers, Bury St Edmunds and drunk at home. Light yellow/gold with a slight haze. There isn't too much to the aroma, perhaps a little bit of ground coriander and hay. It's tasty with a sweetness only felled at the very end with light hop bitterness. Carbonation on the heavy side. Refreshing and gentle, it really doesn't make it to the the next level but doesn't need to.
