Couleur pâle vers l'ambre, col léger blanc-cassé.
Arôme est fin malté, caramel, assez basique, effet winter-cola-sassafras oscillant sur un effet 'root beer'. Houblonné noble en appui, mais sans plus.
Palais reste assez classique, caramel malté avec une douceur latente sur ce genre de caramel/toffee un peu industriel. Fine amertume en fin de bouche, sur le floral avec une pointe d'épicé rappelant le clou de girofle.

Pours light copper. There is a creamy fruity flavor with some herbs and a long toffee finish.

(bottle) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Bready malty aroma with hints of caramel and melanoidins. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Caramel-malty and slightly bready taste with restrained hoppy notes; medium-dry sweet cara-malty and shy hop bitter finish. Not that bad, just a tad too tame and boring. 10.I.12

Weich herb-malziger Antrunk, süffig. Im Mittelteil wird die Malzigkeit einen Ticken stärker, zum Ende leicht bitter. Dazwischen kommen zum Teil leichte Karamellnoten auf, erdig, im Nachgeschmack trocken. Ein insgesamt gelungenes Bier! 7/10/11/11/11/11
