Roasted nut and honey aroma. Dark amber to brown, creamy golden head, fine carbonation. Medium body, foamy mouthfeel, makes for a lightfooted exit. Honey roasted entry, Caramel, fatty malt, restrained but present hop finish. Marzipan bread and roast grain aftertaste.

Bottle, thank you to Erzengel. Amber colour. Grainy and hoppy aroma. Nicely hopped taste, a bit light body, thin malt basis

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that bottle. Looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts quite malty, modest grasy, more and more moldy and soapy. Finish not very balanced, some sourish hints. Not my favourite.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Sweet and mildly bready caramel-malty aroma with hints of draff and vegetables/onions. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Cara-malt character with herbal hops from the middle-part and staying present during the finish, which is medium-dry. Despite the aroma drinkable. 11.VI.13

33cl bottle. 14/15/14/14

Bottle: Copper coloured, stable creamy white head, grainy-malty nose with a slight metallic tinge and some strawy hops in the background; mild sweet-bitter flavour, almost medium bodied and really soft; slightly increasing dryness and hoppiness in the malty-bitter finish. Not the finest aroma, but quite a well quaffable brew…
