On tap at Brasserie V in Madison, pours a mostly clear gold with some creamy, white head. Nose has lime, lemon, mandarin orange, grass, acetic acid, salty notes. Flavor is so well balanced, light salt and lemon, straw, orange. Super drinkable.

(Keg at Gastropub Tuulensuu, 20150808) The beer poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, citricness, tangerine and tartness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, sourness and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A tasty tart brew.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Hazy straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of lime and light salt. Tastes of lime, salt, lemon/lime tartness. Light body with a dry finish. Tasty and refreshing.

On tap at Bittercreek Boise. Pours out a dish water color topped with a white head. Nose is a little wet wheat some citrus notes and a little grass. Taste is a more of the citrus notes a soda like feel and a nice refreshing end on a hot day.

Huge thanks to Bayerischer Bahnhof for the chance to try this beer. Looks really good in the glass. Light yellow, nice head. Fine fruity-sourish aroma. Starts mild but not washy, fine sourish, not too intense. More and more fruity like lemon, some notes of apricot. Finish less sourish, mild bitter background. Wonderful balanced finish. Quite drinkable for a Berliner Weisse. A good one!

Aroma has lactic acid and some sour cream. Also hints of green apples. Flavour starts rather tart with grapefruit, green apples and sour cream. Perhaps the Mandarina is also there somewhere.
