Prodotto con succo biologico di mele locali, fermentato con lievito saison e rifermentato in bottiglia, il sidro Birra Perugia ha profumi di spezie, fiori e frutti a polpa bianca. In bocca è cremoso e pungente, teso e piuttosto verticale. L’acidità sostenuta e la particolare secchezza lo rendono adatto ad un lungo invecchiamento.

Hazy pale blond colour. The aroma is very mineral. Semi-dry mouthfeel, moderate apple flavour, a bit lemony, mild acidity.
Simple but not bad.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp green apple skins, some light champagne-like effervescence, and fermented out honey. Flavour is along the same lines, with saison yeast, totally fermented out honey, and green apple skins.

375 ml bottle. Pours a clear hay color with light head. Aromas of green apples, citrus, and grapes. Flavors follow same, more apple and a bit of floral yeast. Clean and refreshing.
