Veritabilă Pils nu este la fel de amară precum cea provenită din fabricaţie industrială, ci se caracterizează prin aroma sa de hamei, un gust amar natural pronunţat, dar mai ales printr-un uşor gust dulceag în perfectă armonie cu gustul de hamei. Densitatea originală este de 12%, iar nivelul alcoolului se situează în jur de 4,5%. Această bere se brasează după procedeul decoctului dublu, iar hameiul folosit provine dintr-una dintre cele mai renumite regiuni de cultură de hamei din lume. Fermentarea primară durează 7 zile şi e urmată de 14 zile de fermentare secundară. Această bere însoţeşte perfect mâncărurile de peşte şi salatele.

30/06/2017. BERESTROIKA, Aleea Cauzasi 57, BUCHAREST, Bucharest, Romania. Really very good. Thirst quenching and very quaffable. Helps that it's nearly 40 degrees here!

On tap at Berestroika, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out metallic notes, light Belgian yeast and biscuity malt. Flavour is dry and metallic, with biscuity malt and astringent metallic notes. Harsh, thin and hard to drink. This isn't good.

Süßlicher, hefig malziger Antrunk. Deutlich steigendes Malz, weiche belgische Würzigkeit. Langer Nachhall, etwas trockener aber dennoch gelungen. 9/10/10/10//10

ON TAP at the source. A bit sour, perfumey, roses and tangerines, Earl Grey tea. Green and young. Essentially, a drier version of the Roșie (Red). And cleaner too.

Tap@Berestroika. Pours clear golden, no real head, no lacing. Aroma is Belgian yeast, green apple, hay, black pepper. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, peppery, belgian yeast, a bit of honey. Medium body, low carbonation. Not a bad effort, other than the carbonation. Unfortunately I forgot to ask for the ABV :(
