Bottle: Deep amber coloured, lively carbonarion, firm and persistent yellowish off-white foam, moderate sweet and slightly bitter malty and toasty and mildly chocolatey nose with delicate metallic traces; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, more light than medium bodied, pretty soft; lingering, even drier, bitter dark-malty and mildly chocolatey finish. Pleasant sip…

0,33 L bottle at the Wirthaus in der Au. Pours a clear, light, ruby-ish brown, with a bubbly, rocky, off-white head. The aroma is brown sugar, ripe banana, dust, and light pine. Sweet and malty, with a light, bitter bite in the finish. Medium body, with a chewy, malty mouthfeel. This is a nice, simple, malty beer.
