Sweetish, a little sourish, gently fruity aroma of apple juice with a touch of wood. Gently sweet, a little sourish, quite fruity taste of apple juice and hints of wood, followed by a short, minimally tart and just a bit fry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. How is this called 'brut'? It tastes mainly like apple juice, way too sweet for the style. Still drinkable, of course, as apple juice is.
