[as Rebel's Suburban, ABV 6.5%] Bottiglia. Un territorio olfattivo dominato dallo speziato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. La carbonazione è abbondante. La parte liquida si presenta limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cereali, frutta secca, pino, agrumi, mela verde, banana e pesca a polpa bianca.

Bottle at the guest room - Roma. Picked up at Les Vignerons. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a lasting, creamy white crown. Expressive saison yeast in the snout, some grass, straw, faint herbs and citrus peel. Light-medium sweet flavour with relaxed grassy bitterness, nips of alcohol, dry wheat bread, tangerine. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more saison yeast and grassy bitterness, citrus peel, hay, wheat flakes, sourdough. Nice saison overall.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours somehow pale gold with high, fluffy and persistent white foam, medium grain and irregular. Aroma is delicate lemony and spicy. Body is fairly dense with medium carbonation. Taste has good sweetness, limited bitterness and quite an alcoholic feeling. Finish is relatively persistent.

On tap an Bir&Fud in Rome-Italy. Cloudy apricot skin pour, medium white head with retention. Nose: esters, banana soft notes, peer. Mouth: medium carbonation, balanced with a mild fruity character and a decent spicy finish. Lovely.
