LUNATICA è una Berliner Weisse prodotta con l’aggiunta di una valanga di lamponi freschi durante la fermentazione lattica.
Al naso emergono profumi intensi di lamponi e in bocca la sensazione di fine acidità la rende estremamente dissetante. Attraente e ammaliante sia alla vista che al gusto.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di lamponi. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. Il liquido è di apparenza opalescente. Il colore è rosato. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio e l'amaro è medio: non si surclassano. Inoltre c'è una punta moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è normale e la durata è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di lamponi e di zuccherino.

Nice slightly fizzy mediumlasting head, nice light reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry and fresh fruity, leafs, weeds, sour raspberries, grass, minerals, hay, plastic. Taste is slightly sour-ish grainy, soda powder, grass, sour raspberries, hay, minerals, grain, weeds. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and sour-ish mouthfeel. Kind of boring.

Sample at Beer Attraction in Rimini-Italy. Pale reddish pour, little white foam. Nose is lactic, creamy, ed fruit is balanced. Mouth is lovely candy, soft and easy. Quite clean ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
