Unser gespritzter Apfelwein ist natürlich auch aus ungespritzten Äpfeln, genauer gesagt aus erstklassigem Apfelwein (75%). Mit natürlichem Quellwasser und Kohlensäure wird er so schön herbfrisch, wie wir ihn nach dem Sport oder im Sommer lieben.

0.33 l bottle from local 'Getränke Hoffmann'. Clear, very pale golden with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, a little sourish, gently fruity aroma of ripe apples, light wood and traces of lemon. Gently sweet, moderately sour, quite fruity taste of ripe apples, some wood and traces of lemon, followed by a short, slightly tart, gently dry and a bit woody finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite pleasant, especially for that abv.

330 ml bottle. Clear pale golden, no head. Green apple, some apple vinnegar, dry sparkling wine. Dry sourness. Light bodied, watery texture, soft carbonated, dry sour finish, refreshing. Okay Apfelwein.

Wässriges Apfelaroma mit säuerlichem Unterton. Nuancen von Mandeln, dann deutlich saurer werdend. Süffig, langer Nachhall, in dem der Fruchtteil stärker im Vordergrund steht. 6/10/9/9/8/8

Fresh and tart-fruity beginning. Quite deep for 25% water in this cider... The mainpart is fruity-tart, quite sour, nice fruity apples there. The aftertaste is quite full, refreshing, easy to drink but still deep. Nice.
