From tap at Zum Gemalten Haus Apfelweinwirtschafr in Frankfurt 03.08.21. Translucent pale pear colour. No head. Aroma and taste of green apple peel and sour apples. Easily drinkable.

Wässriger Beginn, dumpf nach grünen Äpfeln. Milde, etwas steigende Süße, etwas Heu. Süffig, unspektakulär, dennoch nett. 8/8/10/9//8

Frisch vor Ort aus dem Gerippten. - Grüngelb, schön trüb. - Schlank fruchtig mit sehr natürlichen, mild säuerlich-herben Apfelaromen. Angenehme, nicht zu strenge Herbe; dezente kellerige Note. Kaum Kohlensäure, schön trocken, sehr süffig. - Sehr bodenständiger, runder Apfelwein mit aromatischer Herbe und perfekter Kellernote. Sozusagen das Apfelwein-Gegenstück zu einem fränkischen Kellerbier. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Many thanks to McTapps for sharing! This cider starts nice full and round. Hints of spices, wood. Fullbodied, nice fruity apples, fresh, smooth. Hints of water in the aftertaste together with a nice and smooth but very dry appley aroma. Dark spices and wood. Nice.
