Cask@Angleterre, Helsinki. Ambery copper colour with a small head. Aroma is sour wood, tartness, toffee and mild toasted notes. Flavour is refreshingly sour wooden with some mild berries, plum, figs and mild zestiness.

Draught @ Angleterre. Deep amber color with a thin white head. Vinegary, mild funky, plummy aroma. Flavor has vinegary notes in the back, light plummy notes, red berries and tartness. Interesting.

Keg at the Euston Tap, West Lodge, 03/03/17. Golden amber with an off white to beige cap. Nose is fruit balsams, sharp citric piss, wood must, damp hay, tarte berry funk. Taste comprises soured red berry, prominent vinegar notes, citric rinds, straw, damp cloth, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a puckering bite. A bit harsh and lacking balance for me.

On tap at Raw Wine London. Cloudy brown lasting beige head. Herbal aroma. Sherbert. Sweetish. Like a citrus fruity sherbet shoot of deliciousness. I thought really interesting got real depth.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours hazy rusty-orange-gold with a creamy, off-white topping. Interesting aroma, slightly herbal, with notes of citrus peel, dried berries. Light-medium sweet flavour with moderate acidity, some tart berry candies, a little earth, orange peel, wood. Medium bodied with average, lively carboantion. Finishes with light warm, further acidic bite, aged orange peel, earth, some medicinal and herbal notes, lemon. Very interesting stuff, but it isn’t entirely cohesive.
