Draft @ Craft beer festival Malta. Hazy yellow, small head. Nose is hay and soap. Hay, dry lemon aroma, Mediterranean herbs, orange peel, tangerine. Very mild taste, slightly dry and minimal sweet. Light bodied, milky soapy texture, soft carbonated, mild dry finish. Nice but not really a Kölsch.

9/7/2018. Draft at 67 Kapitali, Valletta, Malta. Pours hazy yello gold with a small off-white head. Aroma of grain, citrus, caramel, banana, hint of butterscotch, light herb and yeast. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Pretty decent brew.

Hefiger, mild süßer Beginn. Getreidig herb auf geringem Level, süffig, einen Ticken zu trocken. Angenehme Bitterkeit, wenn auch sehr gering. Nett. 10/9/8/9//9

Draught at 67 Kapitali, Valletta. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- very yeasty with some odd tones, touch of lemon. FLAVOR- slightly sweet and bitter, yeasty, malty, a bit fruity, again some odd tone like rotten yeast. Medium bodied.
Not bad.
