100 ml from tap at the brewpub. Pours unclear golden with small head. A lot of grainy notes, hay, rye, spelt, some citrus notes, yeast, bread. Mild dry bitterness. Creamy texture, medium bodied, soft carbonated. Nice.

Heller, kernig hefiger Beginn. Geringe Süße, süffig, harmonisch. Leicht steigende Intensität zum Mittelteil, hefig-kerniger Nachhall. Gefällt. 10/9/9/10//10
