On tap at Daheim im Larsbacher Thal, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has hay, areas, and dry apple skins. Flavour is dry, with straw, light tannins, and some dry some apple skins. Not particularly refined or complex but pleasant.

25cl pour @ Lorsbacher Thal. Pours a clear pale gold. Clean and light, flat, with a mild sour astringency, light acidity, flat, with a juicy natural profile. Fine.

5/8/2018. 0.3l vom fass in the courtyard of Lorsbacher Thal, Frankfurt. Pours bright gold with no head. Aroma of moderately sweet apples and light caramel and a touch of spice. Moderate sweetness, tartness and body. Slight oily texture, fairly flat carbonation. Nice drop.

Fruchtiger, eher aber trockener Beginn von runden Apfelwein Aromen. Geringfügig süß, moderat herb, spritzig. Trockener, wenig intensiver Nachhall. Okay. 10/8/9/8//9
