Huge thanks to rhoihessegold for that one! Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass cloudy, nice head. Nice fruity sourish aroma. Starts fine sourish-malty, grainy, notes of lemon, some grapefruit. Mild woody-dry hints. Salty touch. Finish well balanced, less sourish. Woody-spicy-hoppy finish. Really interesting!

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, firm, thick, frothy, permanently reinforced, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal-spicy and minimally bretty, funky aroma, sweet-ish hints of bubblegum, some mustard seed and dill, tarragon, weak smoky overtones, lactic background. Taste is dry, tart-ish, lactic and mildly bretty funky, tangy, subtle sweetness, hints of lemon peel, mustard seed, tarragon, slightly woody and minimally smoky overtones; minimally oily texture, lingering citrusy finish. Lots of subtleties in here. Pretty good.

24-03-18 // taster at Craft Frankfurt 2018. Hazy golden, white foamy head. TZaste of bretty yeasty farmhouse, minimal smokey malts, some fruity touches. Dry. Good.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange. Small white head. Aroma is vegetables, estery and yeasty. Mild burned plastic. Estery. Slight fruity. High carbonation. Estery and light chemical finish.

Sample in Cologne 2018, thanks to Schneeeule. Lots of wood on a souring back. Woody malty, not too sourish, round and mild with a woody grainy ending with hints of mild sourness. Nice.

Vom Fass im Stone Brewing Berlin 2018-03 getrunken. Dieses trübgelbe Saison mit Brett hat ein sehr eleganten Farmhouse-Charakter. Die Säure der Brett rundet das Bier im Hintergrund schön ab.

Wenig rauchiger, trocken brettiger Antrunk. Weich, trocken bleibend minimal hopfig, holzig. Spritzig, sehr süffig, harmonisch. Sehr gut. 9/11/10/11//11
