Draught Very dense & find yellowish head, leaving lace over clear copper-golden beer. Herbal/spicy hops, old (red) wine barrels, and... floormop Bretts? Faintly vinous, as old wine, but again the Brett-y flavour, old grains. Medium bodied, alcoholimpression without the heat. Not exactly what I’d expected.

Clear orange beer, creamy off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: funky, sourish, spicy, bit dusty, earthy, smoky. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, funky, bit smoky, some tannins, sourish. Aftertaste: bit sweet, green vegetables.
