The home leg of our collab with Stewart Brewing in Edinburgh; we tested ourselves by making a small beer with the presence of something twice its size and the sole intention of being FRESSHHH!!! A complex malt bill featuring 3 types of oats makes for a soft and rounded base beer. A big hit of whirlpool hops and 3 dry hops coupled with the mouthwatering yeast profile from London ale iii make for a little juicy critter.

Can from Westhill SS. It pours cloudy yellow - gold with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, ripe stone fruits, bit creamy, sponge cake, straw and cracker. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, decent bitterness, straw, grass, pithy citrus, stone fruit and a bit of spice with a firmly dry finish. Light body and fine, foamy carbonation. Pretty flavoursome stuff for the abv. Decent balance. Punches above its weight.

Can from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - cloudy, pale yellow, a bit like real lemonade. Nice lacy head. Nose - mango, pineapple, lime. Light resin. Taste - more pineapple, resin, something citrus too. Palate - light bodied, creamy, long, dry finish. Overall - great aroma, if a touch thin on the body. Perfect for this weather.
