Brewed with our friends Gipsy Hill, this is our first large scale NEIPA. Fermented with the lallemand New England strain to maximise hop/yeast interaction and dry hopped thrice! Pineapple, peach and bubble leading into a restrained piney finish. Drink with friends.

Unfined, unfiltered, naturally hazy.

Can at L6, thanks to Dan, 13/06/18. Clear golden blonde with a well presented off white cap. Nose is melon, tangerine, citric tinged straw, light breads. Taste comprises orange pith, pine needle, toasted grains, grass, melon, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.

Can shared at Columbus tasting 13/06/2018. Many thanks to Daniel Osprey. A clear golden orange colired pour with a fine white head. Aroma is jammy apricot, peach, strawberry, orange. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, orange mango, orange, peach, semi sweet, opal fruit. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carboantipn. ok.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Osprey. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Sweet and somewhat grainy malts. Orange peel and mild spice. Little spicy bitterness. Light finish. Okay.

Can shared in London - cheers to Danny. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has lightly ripened citrus fruits, tangerine, melon. Light sweet flavour with some rindy bitterness, tangerine, pith, melon, graoefruit. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, some rindy citrus, pine needles, melon, tangerine. Not bad.
