From tap at Finne, Münster. As Finne Maibock, I assume it's the same beer. Sweet pale malt with soft honey-ish notes. Grainy, lightly bready. Sweetish, as expected from a Maibock, scores points for smoothness.

Gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma is herbal, full and of sage with a touch of honey. Taste has a hoppy bitterness over a bread-like, malty base. Excellent balance. Medium-bodied, moderate to mild carbonation. Very nice Maibock.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, orange, dark golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally spicy and starchy, pale malty and grassy, minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of yellow stone fruit, a touch of honey. Taste minimally starchy, pale malty with low residual sweetness, moderately bitter, minimally papery hoppy, a mineral touch; lingering, bitter hoppy finish. Minimally oily, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Relatively light and refreshing for the style, rather hoppy as well - not bad.

33cl bottle. A hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of gently sweet and dry pale malt, some grains and honey. Taste is gently fruity malty, some biscuit, pale malt, straw and some honey.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', 6.5% abv, best before March 2023. Hazy, orangeish amber with a thin, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity, slightly floral aroma of orange peel, biscuit and light honey. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity and a bit floral taste of caramel, nuts, orange peel and light honey, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid Bock, unspectacular.
