Es ist eine magische Drei-Wege-Offen-Beziehung zwischen Bamberger Malz, Tettnanger Hopfen und schwäbischer Hefe. Aromen und Düfte von geschmeidiger Sommergerste aus der Bamberger Mälzerei und zitronigem Hopfen aus Locher-Hopfen. Es ist vielleicht unser Lieblingsbier.

330ml can from Honest Brew. Hazy yellow-gold, small large bubbled head. Aroma of clean pale malts, bread, grain, some sweetness, light citrus and flowery hops. Taste is grain, lemon, semi-sweet malts. Quite smooth in the taste, almost like a creamy blended porridge. Light to moderate body, smooth, nice punchy carbonation I like it.

Motel Reinickendorf, 4,8 %, 33-cl-Dose vom Flaschbierschop. - Helles Goldbraun, gut trüb; äußerst kurzlebiger Schaum. - In der Nase frische aber blasse, leicht exotisch angehauchte Zitrusfrucht. - Antrunk etwas stumpf hellmalzig-brotig mit Hefe und einer Andeutung von Karamel. Frische, angenehm zitronige aber wenig herbe Hopfung mit Hallertau Magnum and Tettnang Perle (so die Dose; die Website nennt andere Hopfensorten). Spritzig rezent, schlank. Im Abgang nur dezente zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe. Etwas leerer, zart ranziger Nachtrunk. - Ohne die solide Herbe und den Tiefgang eines richtigen fränkischen Kellerbiers aber immerhin süffig und frisch. Netter Versuch. (30.3.2021.)

33cl can from a trade with rauchbierlover, thanks! A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of dry grainy bitter malt, straw, mild spicy hops. Taste of dry grainy malt, soft grassy and spicy hops, pale malt, very easy to drink!

(Draught at BrewDog Mitte, Berlin, 9 May 2019) Golden colour, clear, with brief white head. Malty nose with bread, grain, grass and hay. Malty taste with notes of bread, cereal, hay and a mild grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite enjoyable.

Getreidiger, ziemlich süßer Antrunk. Herb-süßer Mittelteil, wenig Hopfen. Süffig, kurzer Abgang. Okay. 10/9/8/8/11/9

14-02-19 // 330ml can bought at the brewery. Straight from the can. Malty bready sweet body. Very smooth. Light classic hop bitterness. Nice and solid.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow. Small white head. Grassy, slight fruity. Bitter. Crisp hoppy. Grassy and crisp finish
