[330 ml. bottle @ Beerlovers Bar] [BBF 09-09-2017] This is a rare beer that I actually started to appreciate more as I drank more. At first it seemed a bit overly soapy & bland but it actually has some pretty good yeast character which I learned to appreciate, nothing bad or off. Nose is mellow, lightly soapy, low sugar, nice yeast, white bread. Taste is bit soapy, sugar, low candy, nice hop expression, low mainland hop, nice Belgian yeast, very low mainland hop, easy drinking. Pretty decent, could have used more expressive hops. Pleasant, easy but could have used more hop for me.

Pours unclear yellow, small white head. Smell is weak, bit citrussy. Taste is Sharp, citrussy. Bit sugar. Mild bitterness. Rather yeasty. unfortunately, i liked about all other beers by Carl more than this one...
