Bottle: Golden, hazy, small and stable white foamy layer, dryish bitter-sweet grassy to grapefruity nose with a yeasty and mildly cellary background; pretty dry bitter flavour, light bodied and tart; lingering and dry - as expected - grapefruity finish with delicate traces of pale malt. Decent, but too dry...

330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy and grassy, hoppy aroma, notes of fresh hay, hints of lemon tea, slightly biscuity, pale malty background, floral elderflower overtones. Taste is grassy and citrusy hoppy, minimally floral and herbal, notes of fresh hay, some lemon, lemon tea, hints of elderflower. Slightly oily texture, soft carbonation. Good.

33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of soft grassy citrusy hops, pale malt, grains. Taste of grassy and spicy hops, grains, pale malt, long bitter finish.
