Die Barre Edition No. 07 - Quadriga wurde auf Basis vier ausgewählter Getreidesorten handwerklich gebraut. Diese besondere Kombination verleiht der Bierspezialität einen einzigartigen Charakter und entfaltet ein fruchtig-bananiges Aroma. Der ausgewogene Malzkörper, gepaart mit einer spritzigen Vollmundigkeit, sorgt für ein ausbalanciertes Bouquet. Eine dezente Bittere im Anschluss rundet den Geschmack ab. Naturtrüb, in sattem Goldton und mit einer feinen, stabilen Schaumkrone, steht diese Spezialität für individuellen Biergenuss.

Got also a part of Erzengel´s bottle. Thanks a lot! Murky flat golden in the glass, small head. Low tropical sweet hop smell. Taste is sweet tropical fruity, pale malt in the background, some present hop. Better than feared.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing this one! Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Spicy sweetish aroma. Starts mild, malty, wheaty, sweetish. Finish could be more balanced, malty fruity notes, some hints of banana. Strange.

Smooth mild graininess. Soft grain, easy to drink with a nice soft graininess in the back. Soft wheat and spelt, easy to drink with a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste. Refreshing round, mild and grainy-interesting.
75cl bottle. A almost clear deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sweet grainy malt, cereals, pale malt. Taste of grainy malt, cereals, straw, soft metallic hops.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle, best before December 2020. Hazy, golden amber with a white head. Sweetish, malty, slightly floral aroma of grains, light honey and a touch of yellow fruits. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently malty taste of grains, some straw, a touch of honey and traces of yellow fruits, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little grassy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation.

Kernig getreidiger, hell herber Beginn. Zunehmende Bitterkeit ähnlich einen Pils, rund, unspannend. Weich herber, minimal hopfiger Abgang. 8/10/9/9/12/9
