Bottle, danke Roman! Red amber with a bit chill-haze, low offwhite cream. Dry, light oxidized caramel aroma. Medium light body, lightly sour grainy base, tart off-notes, burnt caramel and paper, bitter hops a few half-lifes hence. Well past its prime even though there is some time left till the BB date of this Bock.

Dark amber with a creamy, white head. Grainy aroma. Insecticide. Caramel and berries underneath. Taste is bitter for a bock, somewhat grassy with lots of grain. Not sure about this one—I want to like it but there are definitely some off notes in there. Too hoppy. Lacking my comfortable caramel sweetness for a bock. Medium bodied, balanced carbonation. Oddly drinkable though.

Trockener, bitter-malziger Beginn. Steigend bitter bei mildem Hintergrund, wenig würzig, grasig bitterer Ausklang. Naja... 10/8/8/8/9/8

20-09-19 // 330ml bottle from the brewery. Clear amber. Cara malty body. Weak body. Feels a bit plörrig. Lots of hops for a bock. Well bittered. Not well balanced.
