This session IPA is a very light blond beer with an intense bitterness. Very fresh, very juicy! Four names to remember: Amarillo, Columbus, Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic. Those noble hops were used at the end of the boiling process and as well during the maturation involving a floral perfume for this beer.

[330 ml. bottle sampled][Purchased @ Brewery] Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is massive green wet tropical hops, very raw, wet green hop. Slightly sparkling beer. Taste is extremely bitter green wet tropical USA hop, massively green, raw, wet, field, pure hop, this is like chewing hop, way too much for me. My bottle came from the bottom of the keg, I might have gotten a concentrate. Zero balance, brutal.
