Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is spicy estery yeast with ripe fruits, citrus, some apricot, herbal notes. Flavour is fairly bitter for a Saison with some sweetness. Body is medium. Nice, a bit rough around the edges though.

Bottle at home. Bit of a gusher. Almost clear golden with big fizzy, short lasting white head. Apple, caramel, quite some spicy yeast and fresh bakers yeast, light apricot, dust, light sugary, amaretto, fresh bread, light herbs. Over medium sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied with quite some carbonation. OK.

F: huge, white, long lasting. C: deep gold, hazy. A: malt, grassy, floral, hint of green hops, lemon peels, touch of barnyard. T: malt, floral, lemon, grassy, fruity, touch of grainy, peppery, light to medium body, medium to high carbonation, good balanced and according to style, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from ZBF 2017 Leuven.

Blond with light haze. Aroma and flavour are zesty, fresh, clean. Has a light spicy yeasty edge. Not at all sweet. Highly sessionable.

330 ml. bottle sampled @ home. BBF 19/08/2016. Lightly hazy golden organ, little off-white head. Nose is an odd mix of candy sweet apple, grainy spoiled esters, raw field. Carbonation is tad higher, grain alcohol, fizzy bar, phenolic, esters, overly fizzy, esters, chemical, soap, chemicals,… Way too carbonated, phenolic, grain alcohol etc. Disapointing for me.

Leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit geringen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht grasig hopfig, floral, hefig. Geschmack floral hopfig, grasig bitter.

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orqnge with a small white head. Aroma is estery to phenolic. Toasted, mild fruity, light estery. Smooth fruity. Mellow. Fruity and slight citrusy. Estery far finish.

Crystal clear blond body. White fizzy head. Lightly hoppy nose. Moderately bitter, moderately sweet flavour. Not very well balanced.
