Benannt ach der/dem Blysnyzja (Близниця), dem höchsten Berg des Swydiwez-Massivs. Ein mittelmäßig aromatisches, aber sehr uriges Weizenbier, das mit ordentlichen Getreide- und Brotnoten erfreut. Der Focus geht weniger auf sommerliche Spirtzigkeit, sondern man haut sich voll auf die Urigkeit, die möglicherweise gar nicht so gewollt, aber dennoch gut gelungen ist.

330ml bottle. Delivered directly from the brewery in Kvasy to Sumy in eastern Ukraine and from there to Moscow. About half a month has passed since the best before (вжити до) date. Pours slightly hazy gold with a tall white head. Aroma is wheat, bananas. Taste is wheat, phenolic, a little sour. Very heavy carbonation kills the drinkability. Might be a bad bottle.

04.05.2018 -- 0.33l bottle from tsypa at bessarabka in kiev, 33 uah, bb 01.07.2018. pours a milky pale orange with a big frothy head. aroma of banana, cloves, kumquat, wood. flavour of banana, grapefruit juice. chalky mouthfeel. dry, sourish, slightly astringent finish. light and refreshing.

Tap. Cloudy milky yellow, good white foam. Aroma: wheat, a little banana, wheat bread, yeast. Taste: wheat, phenolic and spicy, unbalanced.
