Many thanks to djoeye for sharing a 330ml bottle of this one. Remaining fawn-coloured head leaving fair lacing on the glass. Almost jet black in body appearance. Vague smell of mid-sweet dark dough. Doughy milk chocolate taste partially overrun by some kind of misplaced tartness. Yeasty tartness to the ending. About drinkable. Spandert av djoeye. Delt med ham og Rune i H7. Svart. Høyt mokkafarget tett skum som daler sakte. Litt lacing. Syrlig, anonym aroma. Smaken fermentert frukt. Ikke i sin beste form.

330ml bottle from Tsypa Craft Pub in Kharkiv. 7.5% ABV. My 100th Ukrainian tick, until RateBeer decides Crimea is part of Russia or a separate country. Pours opaque dark brown with a tall beige head. Aroma is coffee beans, lactose, caramel. Taste is fresh black coffee, earthiness, caramel. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness. Alcohol is excellently hidden. Mild bitter finish.

Das Wort "на Молоці" kann man als "mit Milch" als auch "für Brave" übersetzen, was hier gezielt ausgenutzt wird. Es kommt neben dan anderen Stouts recht mild rüber, ist aber nicht wässrig oder geschmacklos. Auch hier spielen Schokolade- und Kaffeearomen mit, wobei diese nicht nur durch die Milchsäure abgeschwächt werden. Aber ein gutes schwarzes Bier, das nicht zu stark zuschlägt.
